Course Deferment: If you cannot attend a specific course, you may defer your participation and follow the course on an alternative scheduled date.

Advanced Sadhana Course Requirements: Participation in advanced sadhana courses is contingent upon the completion of prerequisite programs as advised by your program coordinator.

Online Donations & Subscriptions Refund Policy:

All online donations and subscriptions are deemed final and are not subject to refunds.

Force Majeure Clause:

Mahaavidya.org shall not be held accountable for any losses or damages incurred by participants in the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances include but are not limited to natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods), governmental actions, fires, wars, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, unavailability of essential materials, or any other causes that substantially hinder or render impracticable, illegal, or impossible the execution of a program/module/class. This clause absolves Mahaavidya.org from any obligations to execute program duties under these exceptional conditions.
