Sri Vidya Sadhana

Srividya Sādhanā is a profound spiritual discipline aimed at discovering purpose and meaning in life, ultimately guiding individuals towards self-realisation.

For generations, the practice of Srividya Sadhana has been a deeply held secret within specific spiritual lineages. These traditions have carefully preserved and transmitted this knowledge to succeeding generations.

Srividyā is intricately encoded within the widely revered Sri Lalitha Rahasya Sahasranama and Tripura Rahasya. Its name suggests that Srividya is a secret or mystical teaching. However, the term ‘Rahasya’ does not imply it should be kept from others as commonly thought. Instead, it signifies that the Truth of Srividya is revealed to each Sadhaka only through their personal spiritual journey as they uncover its insights.

There are several ancient Srividya traditions, each differing slightly, but they all share a fundamental essence. Practitioners of Srividya can follow various paths, including Samayachara Marga, Kaulachara Marga and within Kaula, there is Vamachara and Mishramachara (a hybrid approach) adopted in some traditions.

In the Mahāvidya Sādhana program, you have the opportunity to deeply explore the fundamentals of Srividya, helping you decide if it aligns with your spiritual path. We cordially invite you to join our introductory Mahāvidya Sādhana session.
